We can all read the paper and watch the news and go on about our daily lives. Once in a while we need to stop and see what we can do to help our neighbors. There are a few things I can do well and one of them is sell Real Estate, after being second generation Real Estate and having established a good clientele it is time to give back.
This is a rough time for some home owners that have bought in the last few years. It is even more difficult if they need to sell their homes at a loss.
On a limited basis I will provide free Real Estate advice and my services to those who can not afford to pay. I am experienced with Short Sales, Foreclosures and Bank Sales. To those that qualify I will provide my service and time free of charge.
